What we collect
When you fill out a form on this website, we collect the details you type: your name, phone number, email address, service address and whatever you tell us about your trees. We use that information for one thing — to contact you about the work you asked about.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It tells us things like “forty people read the tree removal page this week” — not who you are.
Analytics cookies are not set unless you press Accept on the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or ignore it, no analytics cookie is stored on your device. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.
We do not use advertising cookies. The only other cookie is the one that keeps Robinson Tree staff signed in to our private office area, which is strictly necessary for the site to work.
Who sees your information
Your enquiry is stored in our own customer system and emailed to our office. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run our website, database and email — who process it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and afterwards where we need them for our business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
